The listing promises 50+ customers as you rank from Rookie to Master, and stars from every customer you serve. This hub is the roster home. It is not a PvP player-count leaderboard. If you wanted hat rankings, that is the hat tier list. If you wanted other humans in your 20-player server, that is still “other chefs,” not this page.

How the roster grows

New guests unlock with rank. We will not paste Papa Louie’s 143-name Deluxe list and pretend they spawned on Calypso-but-Roblox. When a name appears in this experience, it gets a note: ticket quirks, whether they show up as a closer, and which Goals they help. Until then, treat the roster as simple tickets first, long tickets later.

Stars are the relationship layer. Serve a guest well and the next visit should be kinder on the wait bar or the tip — that is how this genre works, and it matches the listing’s star line. The stars page is the dedicated walkthrough. Rank XP still wants perfect scores, so do not farm a one-star rush on purpose.

Regulars vs closers

Regulars teach the station order. Closers (last-of-day or high-patience-cost guests in this genre) are exams. They order more and wait less. Handle them with a scoring hat on, ring alarm bought, and a short path from the stations guide. The dedicated exam protocol is the closers guide. If the server is chaotic, let a closer walk rather than serving a 30% cup that trains panic.

You cannot “counter-pick” a customer like a fighter. You can pick when to take the ticket. If Mix is already full, do not grab a closer. That decision is more important than a color-coded S-tier guest list.

Playing with other chefs vs serving guests

Up to 20 players share a server. They are not the roster. Do not take a guest someone else already copied onto a ticket unless you are station-splitting on purpose. The roster page is about NPCs. Human coworkers need controls etiquette, not a tier.

What we will log per customer

• Name as shown in-game.
• When they started showing up (rank or day).
• Ticket length: short / medium / closer.
• Any station they punish (extra mix-ins, fussy top).
• Star rewards worth targeting.

Until those rows exist, use this hub as the philosophy page and the stars page as the scoring page. Ingredient fantasies belong in your kitchen, not in a fake table.

If a patch adds a celebrity guest or a holiday closer, it will be dated on updates. If a code claims to spawn a customer, it will have to survive the codes hub first. Most “unlock Papa” rumors are Deluxe memories. Play the Roblox shop you actually loaded.

After you can name your first five regulars without looking, you are ready for the rank-up guide. The roster is a reward for pouring well, not a spreadsheet you fill before spawn.
