Run A Freezeria Customer Stars Explained

Every guest is graded. Here is how to play the star layer without farming junk cups.

Customer Stars

The experience text says earn stars from every customer you serve. Stars are not a separate minigame. They are the memory of your grades on that guest. This page explains how to treat them so the customers hub becomes a plan instead of a crowd.

Stars follow the cup

A high grade should add star progress (bronze / silver / gold style awards in this genre, or a simple 1–5). A dumped cup should stall or drop that guest’s mood for the visit. You cannot farm stars with 40% sundaes. If you want stars, you want the perfect score loop.

Wear a scoring hat from the hat tier list while you push a regular toward a higher star. The listing already tied hats to points; points and stars live in the same end-of-ticket screen.

Who to star first

Short tickets. The first regulars you meet in getting started are the ones you can 90% on command. Push those to max stars before you obsess over a closer. Closers are for after Mix is stable — see stations.

If a weekly Goal says “earn stars” or “serve customers,” do it on the easy roster. Saving a closer for a star Goal is how you fail both the Goal and the grade.

Repeats and patience

In inspired-by-Papa’s shops, a well-starred regular comes back nicer: faster patience, better tip, sometimes a coupon-like bonus. If Run A Freezeria shows a star icon on the ticket, that is your cue to protect the cup. If it does not show stars on the ticket yet, still play as if they exist — the listing promised them.

Do not hold the line for one regular while three new guests wait. Stars on one person do not offset a dead rail. Ring alarms exist so you can finish a star cup without missing the door (upgrade tier list).

What stars are not

They are not Roblox platform likes. They are not the 23k favorites on the experience page. They are not a reason to run an auto-serve script. A scripted 100% that gets the account banned also loses the star save.

They are not transferable between chefs in a 20-player server. Your star book is on your save. Do not argue over “I was starring that NPC.” Take the next ticket.

Practical star session

  1. Equip S-tier hat.
  2. Take three short regulars, go for 90+.
  3. Check the star UI if it exists; note who moved.
  4. One medium ticket.
  5. Cash out Goals, buy the next kitchen upgrade if cash spiked.

That session also ranks you (rank-up). Stars and Master are the same motion with two meters. When named gold-award badges appear in-game, they will be listed here with the customer name from the roster hub. Until then, play for the grade screen you already have.

If a patch converts stars into a currency, it will be dated on updates. Spend nothing that looks like star tokens until the UI label is readable. This shop is young; mislabeled currencies happen. Serve well first, theorycraft after the toast is clear.

One more habit: after a bad closer, do not immediately retry that same guest if the UI shows they just left unhappy. Take two short regulars, rebuild the Mix motion, then invite the closer back if they reappear. Stars are a long average, not a revenge mechanic. That is enough extra discipline to keep this page honest without inventing a gold-award spreadsheet.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for new and returning sundae chefs.

Do I need max stars on everyone?

No. Max the short regulars you can nail, then spread out as you rank.

Why did my stars not go up?

The cup grade was probably low. Fix Mix/Build with stations before you blame the roster.

Are stars shared with friends?

Treat them as per-save. Online servers are shared kitchens, not shared star books.

Do hats affect stars?

Hats boost points, which sit on the same ticket result as stars. Wear a scorer from the hat tier list.
